Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual: Installation

1. Install the front reduction drive gear and front reduction driven gear. Front Reduction Drive Gear > INSTALLATION

2. Install the converter case cover. Converter Case Cover > INSTALLATION

3. Install the front differential assembly. Front Differential Assembly > INSTALLATION

4. Install the drive pinion shaft assembly. Drive Pinion Shaft Assembly > INSTALLATION

5. Install the primary pulley, secondary pulley and variator chain. Primary Pulley and Secondary Pulley > INSTALLATION

6. Install the transmission case. Transmission Case > REMOVAL

7. Install the forward clutch assembly. Forward Clutch Assembly > INSTALLATION

8. Install the intermediate case. Intermediate Case > INSTALLATION

9. Install the transfer reduction driven gear. Transfer Reduction Driven Gear > INSTALLATION

10. Install the transfer clutch assembly. Transfer Clutch > INSTALLATION

11. Install the rear drive shaft. Rear Drive Shaft > INSTALLATION

12. Install the extension case. Extension Case > INSTALLATION

13. Install the primary speed sensor. Primary Speed Sensor > INSTALLATION

14. Install the secondary pressure sensor. Secondary Pressure Sensor > INSTALLATION

15. Install the transmission harness. Transmission Harness > INSTALLATION

16. Install the control valve body and oil pan. Control Valve Body > INSTALLATION

17. Install the air breather hose. Air Breather Hose > INSTALLATION

18. Install the transmission assembly to the vehicle. Automatic Transmission Assembly > INSTALLATION

Adjustment
