NOTE: When replacing a single part, perform the work with the engine assembly installed to body. 1. When working on the vehicle NOTE: When working on the vehicle, perform the following steps also. (1) Remove the radiator. Radiator > REMOVAL (2) Remove the front exhaust pipe. Front Exhaust Pipe > REMOVAL (3) Remove the engine mounting. Engine Mounting > REMOVAL 2. Drain the engine oil. Engine Oil > REPLACEMENT 3. Remove the V-belts. V-belt > REMOVAL 4. Remove the crank pulley. Crank Pulley > REMOVAL 5. Remove the oil cooler pipe from the chain cover. 6. Remove the chain cover. NOTE: Chain cover installation bolt has three different sizes. To prevent the confusion in installation, keep these bolts on container individually.
