Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual / Continuously variable transmission(tr690) / Front wheel speed sensor / Installation

CAUTION:

• Be sure to prevent water or oil from contacting the connector terminal of front wheel speed sensor. If adhesion occurs, replace with a new part.

• After installing the front wheel speed sensor, adjust the CVTF level.

1. Install the front wheel speed sensor.

NOTE:

• Use new O-rings.

• Apply CVTF to the O-rings.

Tightening torque:

5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

2. Connect the harness connector.

3. Lower the vehicle.

4. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE

Inspection
