1. EGR PIPE A 1. Temporarily attach the EGR pipe A to the cylinder head and the EGR control valve. NOTE: Use a new gasket. 2. Tighten the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the EGR control valve. Tightening torque: 6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb) 3. Lift up the vehicle. 4. Tighten the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the cylinder head. Tightening torque: 6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb) 5. Install the under cover. Front Under Cover > INSTALLATION 6. Lower the vehicle. 7. Install the air intake boot. Air Intake Boot > INSTALLATION 8. Install the collector cover. 9. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE 2. EGR PIPE B 1. Install the EGR pipe B to the intake manifold. NOTE: Use a new gasket. Tightening torque: 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb) 2.
