1. EGR PIPE A 1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. NOTE 2. Remove the collector cover. (1) Carefully pull up the rear of collector cover at two positions (A). (2) Carefully pull up the front of collector cover at two positions (B) while moving it forward.
3. Loosen the clamp (A) securing the air intake boot. 4. Remove the bolt (B) securing the air intake boot to the collector cover bracket.
5. Remove the air intake boot from the throttle body and the air cleaner case (rear), and move it to the left side wheel apron.
6. Lift up the vehicle. 7. Remove the under cover. Front Under Cover > REMOVAL 8. Remove the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the cylinder head.
9. Lower the vehicle. 10. Remove the bolts securing the EGR pipe A to the EGR control valve, and pull out the EGR pipe A upward.
2. EGR PIPE B 1. Remove the intake manifold. Intake Manifold > REMOVAL 2. Remove the EGR pipe B from the intake manifold.
