1. BATTERY Check the battery. Battery > INSPECTION Battery > INSPECTION Standard voltage: 12 V or more Specific gravity: 1.260 or more 2. TRANSMISSION GROUND Make sure that the ground terminal bolt is tightened securely. Tightening torque: ENGINE TYPE FB 14 N·m (1.4 kgf-m, 10.3 ft-lb)
ENGINE TYPE EZ 16 N·m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)
3. OPERATION OF SELECT LEVER Make sure there is no noise, dragging or contact pattern in each select lever range. WARNING: Stop the engine while checking operation of the select lever. |
