CAUTION:

When tightening the mounting TORX® screw, be sure to observe the tightening torque. Otherwise, the mount may be damaged in over-torque conditions.

1. NORMAL MIRROR TYPE

1. Slide the mirror assembly - inner rearview to the mirror mount to install.

NOTE:

If the mirror mounting is damaged, replace the windshield glass.

Tightening torque:

Refer to “COMPONENT” of “General Description”. General Description > COMPONENT

2. HOME LINK TYPE

1. Slide the mirror assembly - inner rearview to the mirror mount to install.

NOTE:

If the mirror mounting is damaged, replace the windshield glass.

Tightening torque:

Refer to “COMPONENT” of “General Description”. General Description > COMPONENT

2. Attach the harness cover (a).

3. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE

4. Perform calibration and zone setting of the rearview mirror. (With compass)

• CALIBRATION Rearview Mirror > ADJUSTMENT

• ZONE SETTING Rearview Mirror > ADJUSTMENT
