Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual: Removal
1. Remove the collector cover. (1) Carefully pull up the rear of collector cover at two positions (A). (2) Carefully pull up the front of collector cover at two positions (B) while moving it forward.
2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. NOTE 3. Loosen the clamp (A) securing the air intake boot. 4. Remove the bolt (B) securing the air intake boot to the collector cover bracket.
5. Remove the air intake boot from the throttle body and the air cleaner case (rear), and move it to the left side wheel apron.
6. Remove the EGR pipe A. EGR Pipe > REMOVAL 7. Disconnect the connector (A) from EGR control valve, and remove the EGR control valve.

Inspection
1. Check that the EGR control valve has no deformation, cracks or other damages.2. Measure the resistance between EGR control valve terminals.Terminal No.Standard2 and 122±2 -2 and 322±2 -5 and 422 ...
