NOTE:

When assembling the nipple, apply liquid gasket.

Liquid gasket:

THREE BOND 1105 (Part No. 004403010) or equivalent

Tightening torque:

17 N·m (1.7 kgf-m, 12.5 ft-lb)

1. Install the purge control solenoid valve. Purge Control Solenoid Valve > INSTALLATION

2. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor > INSTALLATION

3. Install the EGR pipe B. EGR Pipe > INSTALLATION

4. Install the EGR control valve. EGR Control Valve > INSTALLATION

5. Install the engine harness to the intake manifold. General Description > COMPONENT

6. Install the fuel pipe assembly, and install the fuel injector pipe and the fuel hose. Fuel Delivery and Evaporation Lines > INSTALLATION

Tightening torque:

T1: 1.25 N·m (0.1 kgf-m, 0.9 ft-lb)

T2: 6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
