DTC DETECTING CONDITION:

Driver has detected a malfunction of SD card.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:

Map is not displayed.

1.CHECK SD CARD. Check the SD card. NOTE: Supported card type: microSDHC (SD High Capacity) Storage capacity: Max 32 GB	Is an authorized SD card used- Can the SD card be used in another media device-	Diagnostic Procedure with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) > DTC B2243 SD CARD COMMUNICATION	Replace the SD card with an authorized one.
2.CHECK NAVIGATION UNIT. Check the navigation unit.	Is there any defect in the card slot of the navigation unit- (Foreign matter such as dust, or deformation)	If it does not return to a normal condition after cleaning, replace the navigation unit. Navigation Body	Diagnostic Procedure with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) > DTC B2243 SD CARD COMMUNICATION
3.CHECK SD CARD. 1) Replace the SD card. 2) Perform the Clear Memory Mode. Clear Memory Mode 3) Turn the ignition switch to OFF > ON. 4) Read the DTC again. Read Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)	Is DTC B2243 displayed- (Current malfunction)	Replace the navigation unit. Navigation Body	There was a defect in the SD card.
