DTC DETECTING CONDITION:

• If EJECT error is detected

• If over-current is detected

• If DSP error is detected

• If playback failure is detected

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:

• CD and DVD cannot be played back.

• Cannot be inserted or ejected.

1.CHECK MEDIA. 1) Check for dirt on the disc surface of the media, and clean the disc softly using soft and dry cloth such as a plastic eyeglasses cleaning cloth. When cleaning, make sure that wiping direction is from the center to the edge of the disc. CAUTION: To avoid any scratch on the surface, do not apply excessive force with hand or do not use a rough cloth. Do not use solvent such as alcohol, benzene, thinner, etc. as well as chemical cloth to avoid damaging the disc. 2) Insert the media and make sure that it can be played back.
