Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual: Installation
1. Install the hinge assembly - trunk lid. Tightening torque: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb) 2. Install the trunk lid COMPL. Tightening torque: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb) 3. Install the stopper - trunk lid LWR. 4. Adjust while paying attention to make a uniform clearance around the trunk lid COMPL. Trunk Lid > ADJUSTMENT 5. Install the stay assembly - trunk lid. Tightening torque: Refer to “COMPONENT” of “General Description”. General Description > COMPONENT 6. Install the stopper - hinge. 7. Install the harness clip and the harness. 8. Install the light assembly - rear finisher. Rear Finisher Light Assembly > INSTALLATION Tightening torque: 4.5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.3 ft-lb) 9. Install the license plate light. License Plate Light > INSTALLATION 10. Install the key lock - trunk lid. 11. Install the rearview camera assembly. Rearview Camera System > INSTALLATION 12. Install the garnish - trunk. Trunk Lid Garnish > INSTALLATION Tightening torque: 4.5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.3 ft-lb) 13. Install the rear antenna assembly - exterior. 14. Install the lock assembly - trunk lid. Tightening torque 7.5 N·m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb) 15. Install the trim panel - trunk lid. Trunk Room Trim > INSTALLATION 16. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE |
