1. RH SIDE 1. Set the fuel injector to the fuel injector pipe RH, and install the fuel injector pipe RH and fuel injector as a unit to the cylinder head. NOTE: Use new O-rings, rubbers and seal rings.
2. Install the bolts securing the fuel injector pipe to the cylinder head, and connect the connector (A) to the fuel injector. Tightening torque: 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
3. Install the fuel pipe protector RH. Tightening torque: 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
4. Install the air intake boot. Air Intake Boot > INSTALLATION 5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE 6. Install the collector cover. 2. LH SIDE 1. 3. Install the fuel pipe protector RH. Tightening torque: 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
4. Connect the PCV hose.
5. Install the clip (F) securing the generator cord to the fuel pipe protector LH. 6. Connect the connectors (C) and (D) to the A/C compressor and attach the generator cord to clip (E). 7. Connect the connector (A) and terminal (B) to the generator. Tightening torque: 15 N·m (1.5 kgf-m, 11.1 ft-lb)
8. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE 9. Install the collector cover. |
