Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual / Hvac system (heater ventilator and a c) / Air vent grille / Installation

CAUTION:

After installing the center grille assembly, check that the air vent grille of the center grille assembly is inserted correctly into the air vent duct.

1. Install the switch - hazard. (Center grille assembly)

2. Install the grille assembly.

3. Install the end cover - console box. (Rear grille assembly)

4. Install the cover assembly - front and the console box assembly. (Rear grille assembly)

Tightening torque:

6.5 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.8 ft-lb)

5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. NOTE

Inspection

1. Check that the direction and amount of air can be adjusted smoothly. Replace the air vent grille if faulty.2. Check that the adjustment can be maintained in each position. Replace the air vent gril ...
