Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual / Continuously variable transmission(tr690) / Secondary speed sensor / Installation

CAUTION:

Be sure to prevent water or oil from contacting the connector terminal of secondary speed sensor. If adhesion occurs, replace with a new part.

1. Install the secondary speed sensor.

NOTE:

• Use new O-rings.

• Apply CVTF to the O-rings.

Tightening torque:

5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

2. Connect the harness connector.

3. Install the transmission cover.

Tightening torque:

8 N·m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)

4. Install the transmission assembly. Automatic Transmission Assembly > INSTALLATION
