Subaru Legacy BN/BS (2015-2019) Service Manual: Removal
1. SEDAN MODEL 1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. NOTE 2. Remove the trim panel - trunk lid. Trunk Room Trim > REMOVAL 3. Remove the garnish - trunk. Trunk Lid Garnish > REMOVAL 4. Remove the rear finisher light assembly. (1) Disconnect the connector. (2) Remove the nuts and release the pin, then remove the rear finisher light assembly.
2. OUTBACK MODEL 1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. NOTE 2. Remove the trim panel - rear gate. Rear Gate Trim > REMOVAL 3. Remove the garnish assembly - rear gate. Rear Gate Garnish > REMOVAL 4. Remove the rear finisher light assembly. (1) Disconnect the connector. (2) Remove the nuts and release the pin, then remove the rear finisher light assembly.
